- Chicken Thighs/Chicken Breasts
- Baby spinach
- Indian spice mix
- Tikka sauce
- Cream
- Garlic, cloves
- Yellow onion
- Tomato
Directions
- Cook rice
- Cut the onion, tomato, and spinach
- Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes
- Add onions to frying pan
- Add tomatoes and garlic to frying pan
- Add the tikka sauce, cream, and spinach
