Chicken Tikka Curry

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thighs/Chicken Breasts
  • Baby spinach
  • Indian spice mix
  • Tikka sauce
  • Cream
  • Garlic, cloves
  • Yellow onion
  • Tomato

Directions

  1. Cook rice
  2. Cut the onion, tomato, and spinach
  3. Fry chicken for 2-3 minutes
  4. Add onions to frying pan
  5. Add tomatoes and garlic to frying pan
  6. Add the tikka sauce, cream, and spinach
