Ginger-Garlic Pork Bowls

Ingredients

  • ground pork/ground chicken
  • soy sauce
  • jasmine rice
  • vegetable stock powder
  • broccoli
  • carrot
  • sesame seeds
  • green onions
  • ginger sauce
  • garlic, cloves

Directions

  1. Cook Rice: Add Rice, vegetable stock powder, green onion whites to rice cooker
  2. Toast sesame seeds
  3. Cut vegetables
  4. To a medium bowl, add ginger sauce and garlic
  5. Add pork to the medium bowl, season with pepper
  6. Fry pork and veggies
  7. Put veggies and pork on top of rice and eat!
